Gambloria players access their accounts through the operator’s own website. This portal explains the sign-in process and possible access issues, but we do not operate the account and cannot access, restore, verify or unblock it.
Signing in to your account step by step
- Open the operator’s website on a device you trust.
- Use the sign-in button and enter the email address and password selected during registration.
- Check the details carefully before submitting them, then follow any account message that appears.
If you have not registered yet, registration also takes place directly with the operator.
Signing in from your phone
The mobile route uses the same website and account credentials as the desktop version. You can open the operator’s site in your phone browser, select the sign-in button and enter the email address and password used at registration.
Gambloria also offers a Progressive Web App that can be installed from the browser to a phone or desktop home screen. This gives you a quicker route to cached interfaces, although account access still depends on entering your registered credentials.
Why your sign-in might not work
- Incorrect details: check the spelling of your email address and the capitalisation of your password. Retype the password rather than relying on an old saved entry.
- A browser session problem: close the page, open the operator’s website again and try the sign-in button afresh. Refreshing a stale page can also clear an input error.
- An unverified account: complete the operator’s verification request. The first cash-out triggers verification, and the operator can request documents at other times.
- A regional restriction: players from the restricted countries and territories listed by the operator cannot deposit or play real-money games.
- An account hold: if verification or another review is outstanding, follow the operator’s instructions and allow the account team to complete its checks.
Recovering a forgotten password
Use the operator’s password-reset route on its website and request a reset link to the email address registered for the account. Follow the link and choose a new password that you have not used elsewhere.
If you no longer have access to the registration email, contact the operator through its own support channels. Explain that the original email cannot be reached and provide the account details you can verify. Never send a password to us or to anyone else claiming they can restore access.
Verification, inactivity and access restrictions
| Cause | What happens |
|---|---|
| First cash-out or a further KYC request | The operator may request a passport or national ID, a utility bill no older than six months, and evidence of the registered payment method. Standard verification usually takes 24–48 hours, and requested documents must be supplied within 15 days. |
| Self-exclusion | The account remains excluded, so there is no sign-in route around the restriction. |
| Twelve months without a login | The account becomes inactive and a 10 EUR monthly administrative fee may be taken from its positive balance. |
| Restricted location | Real-money deposits and play are not available to players in the restricted countries and territories. |
Getting help with your account
The operator provides account assistance through FAQ articles, email and live chat. Contact the relevant channel on the operator’s platform and have your registered email address, the point at which the problem began and the exact on-screen message ready. You may also be asked for documents that support an identity or source-of-funds check.
VIP players have access to a dedicated support line operating 24/7. Do not share your password with support staff, and never use a recovery link sent through an unexpected email or message.
Keeping your access secure
Use only the operator’s own address, entered directly or saved as a trusted bookmark. A link in an email, text message or social post may direct you somewhere unsafe, even when it appears to carry the Gambloria name.
- Choose a password that is not used on another site.
- Sign out after using a shared or public device.
- Keep the operator’s recovery messages to yourself.
- Contact the operator promptly if you notice account activity you do not recognise.
Keep gambling within limits that suit you. Gambloria provides deposit, session, loss, cooling-off and self-exclusion controls, and access is for people aged 18+.
UK support is available from GamCare, while the National Gambling Helpline offers free, confidential help on 0808 8020 133. Gambling should remain entertainment rather than a financial plan or an obligation.
